Eating at Karlaby

The chef at Karlaby Kro, Linus Persson, and his colleagues cook food inspired by the Skåne region as well as by the Mediterranian. We all believe in using fresh products from local suppliers and breeders. The perishabels of every season are consequently an important part of our menu of the day. In early summer we have a special asparagus menu from Skillinge - a village close by, well known for its quality asparagus. During summer we collect berries from Ingelstorp and in autumn we use a lof of apples from the appletown Kivik.

Every day Every evening we serve a three course dinner. On Friday and Saturday evening there is also a dinner menu with six courses, that you can order a week in advance. We always have a nice selection of cheese as well.

The restaurant has 40 seats in what we call the veranda and 25 seats in the smaller dining room. When the wheather allows it you can also eat out on the terrace, on the cobbled yard or by the stone table in the park.

The restaurant is open all year round, with the exception only for a few days around Christmas. Dinner is served at 6:00 pm - 09.30 pm Monday-Saturday. Dinner on Sundays at 6 - 8 pm. It does happen that we are fullly booked, so you are well advised to call in advance and make a reservation.
